How enquiries are handled

Short, plain and specific to the contact form on this site.
  1. 01

    Who handles your message

This website and its contact form are run personally by Matt Streuli. Messages are read by Matt Streuli only.

  2. 02

    What is collected

When you send an enquiry, the form records your name, email address, optional organisation, the topic you choose, your message and the time it was sent.

If you use a page or business-card enquiry link, its page reference, name, address slug and link type are saved privately with your message to help understand the conversation. This saved context remains even if the page is later renamed or removed, and is deleted with your enquiry.

Attachments are not accepted. Please do not include patient information, health data or any other sensitive personal information in your message.

  3. 03

    How it is used

Your details are used only to read and respond to your enquiry. They are not used for marketing, newsletters or profiling, and they are never sold or shared. There is no marketing opt-in because there is no marketing.

  4. 04

    Where it is stored

Messages are saved in a private inbox inside this website that only Matt Streuli can access after signing in. If optional owner email alerts are enabled, ZeptoMail processes a minimal notification containing a sign-in-protected inbox link. Your name, email address, organisation and message are not included in that notification.

  5. 05

    How long it is kept

Enquiries are removed automatically once they are older than 180 days. The housekeeping process runs at service startup and every hour while the service is running.

Matt Streuli may delete a message earlier, for example once a conversation has finished.

  6. 06

    Your choices

To ask what is held about you, or to have your message deleted sooner, send a request through the contact form. Including the reference shown after your original message makes it easier to find.
